Exercise your “natural, inherent, and unalienable rights” to remove your private property from the “public tax rolls,”until such time the taxing authorities show their constitutional authority to convert the unalienable rights of the people into conditional rights.
Maine Constitution Article I. section 1. reads: “All people are born equally free and independent, and have certain natural, inherent and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness.”
Imposition of Taxes upon unalienable rights, alienates those rights, and those imposing them are acting under color of law, in addition they are openly violating their sworn oath to support the Constitution, which is the supreme law. They then make matters worse, by imposing interest and penalties on people who do not comply with these fraudulent tax assessments and demands. Then, the property owners are denied due process of law, because they are forced into this arbitrary administration process, where basic Constitutional rights are denied and replaced with this administrative process.
The constitution has never been amended to allow the peoples constitutionally secured and unalienable rights to be converted into conditional ones.
People, who swear, false oaths or affirmations to support the constitution are liars, and do not deserve to hold public office, nor feed out of the public treasury. It’s time folks, it is time to Bind them Down by the Chains of the Constitution !
